My clay items are unique from my clay blends, down to my finishing pieces. Every step of my items is sculpted and shaded by my hand. It is because of these steps and my patinas, that every item is unique. Every batch of clay is unique. Every stamping is different. Stamping:When you make your order, please make sure your personalizing is correct and all available options are selected. Each item lists it's individual options in its description. Failure to do so may result in longer creation time and delay shipping. Since I make my items custom for you, please keep in mind once they are sculpted and baked, I cannot change them. My custom items are not refundable. The stamps are baked into the clay. There is no ink used. The less letters stamped, the less it changes the finish of the clay, as each letter causes indents in the item. The description and pictures of each item suggest guidelines for the best stamping. If you have any questions, as always, email me with them. Finishing pieces:I do not guarantee all colors, ribbons, wires, or bells will be exact, but I will try as close as possible. (Many of these items are not reorder-able and thereby may not be available anymore.) I want you to love my art, so I promise I will try my best! Custom requests may vary with finishes, and I try to pick what finishes go best with the item. The back of the items:The items are all flat backed and I do my best to keep them plain and flat for you to write a personal note on, if you so desire, in a permanent marker. They are not decorative like the fronts. They are patinaed and sealed, though, for durability. The clay:The clay is a polymer clay, and becomes plasticized when baking. It is fairly durable, but not indestructible. Wipe with a lightly soapy cloth if something should get on them and dry immediately. Turnaround:My usual production time is about 5-7 days on an item. I try to email orders back within 2-3 days, unless I have no questions and can produce the item in that time to get it to you faster. Busy season causes delays! Please be advised. You may always email me if you have questions. As a courtesy, I try to email a picture of the item as it is drying. The sealer takes 1-3 days to dry enough for the packaging bubble wrap, so this lets you see the item that is coming. I cannot change it at that time, however. I have had excellent reviews on my items, so it is my belief you will like it when you see it. I ship via USPS First Class Mail, which is 3-7 days. The items usually have a tracking number, and I will attach that on the shipping message when it ships.
