This is a sterling silver 3D pair of ballet slippers. Each shoe is separate measuring about 22mm x 4mm and is connected by a ring. This charm was made in the US.Charms are kind of a snapshot of your interests and experiences. I only carry 925 sterling silver charms. They are affordable keepsakes that you can get for all seasons of your life. They truly are a scrapbook that you can wear! Please see below for some information that may help answer some of the questions you might have about the items I carry. You’ll choose an “attachment” for each charm when you order it from one of these choices:• Jump ring – Shown in the photo. It is a regular ring that can be opened and closed to attach to a bracelet. It can also be used as a necklace bail. If you have a ball chain, this is a good choice. I use a nice sturdy jump ring that doesn’t pry apart too easily.• Split ring – Looks like a tiny key ring. The best way to attach a charm to an existing traditional type charm bracelet, in my opinion.• Necklace bail – An attachment to make a charm hang nicely on a necklace. It’s kind of feminine though so if the charm is for a guy, choose the jump ring.• Lobster claw clasp – if you want to take the charms off and on sometimes, this is the one to get. Some bracelet styles like Thomas Sabo use lobster claws. Optional items:• European adapter beads – You’ll need one if you have a Pandora, Brighton, Lovelinks, Chamilia etc type of bracelet or necklace. The chain on these is much thicker than most other chains. The charm is attached to the adapter bead by either a jump ring or split ring. If you get the charm and adapter bead from me, I’m happy to attach them together for you. Just put a note in the “comments” section when you place your order. Here are the European adapters I have:• Bracelets – My favorite way to wear charms! I custom make these for each customer. I put a safety chain on each one so you don’t have to worry about losing it. If you order a bracelet and charms from me, I’m happy to put them together for you at no additional charge. Please put a note in the comments field. I have 2 different sizes of chain available.• Necklaces – Not a bracelet person? I have necklaces available too! I have ball chains, box chains, link chains and leather chains in all different lengths. If you don’t see what you are looking for or need a special size, please contact me. I also carry a pretty charm holder that is great if you want to wear several different charms on your necklace.• Earrings – Most charms can be made into earrings! I have sterling posts and French hooks in stock. Just contact me for details and pricing.• Cell phone plugs – this is a unique way to show off your interests! Each plug has a genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestone in your birthstone color – or just your favorite color! Please contact me for info.Packaging – I take time to make sure your charms or other jewelry is beautifully packaged. If it’s for a gift, it’s ready for you to give! After enduring 116 years behind bars, those adorable beast-shaped snacks called Barnum’s Animals can now roam free. At least on the colorful box cover that encases the Nabisco crackers of the same name. After two years of pressure from the animal-rights activists with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, or PETA, the parent company of Nabisco has redesigned the packaging of its Barnum’s Animals crackers. PETA, which has been protesting the use of animals in circuses for more than 30 years, wrote a letter to Mondelez asking for the makeover.Related ArticlesUnder PETA pressure, animal crackers box is changedPETA protests at Restoration Hardware’s Marin HQ over mohair, down feathers.

“Given the egregious cruelty inherent in circuses that use animals and the public’s swelling opposition to the exploitation of animals used for ballet slippers toe shoes charm 2 piece moveable pair 3d pendant 925 solid sterling silver jewelry for dancer, ballerina - no ch entertainment, we urge Nabisco to update its packaging in order to show animals who are free to roam in their natural habitats,” PETA said in its letter, Mondelez, the parent of Nabisco, agreed to set the cartoon characters free and started working on a redesign, Around the same time, the crackers’ namesake circus — Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey — were pressured by  PETA and other activist groups to remove elephants from its shows; the circus shut down for good in the spring of last year, due to slow ticket sales..

With pressure from PETA, the animal-cracker maker redesigned the box, leaving the iconic red and yellow coloring and prominent “Barnum’s Animals” lettering, but giving the animals free rein: instead of showing the animals in cages — implying that they’re bound up in boxcars heading for the circus in the next town — the new boxes feature a zebra, elephant, lion, giraffe and gorilla meandering side-by-side in a grassland – a pastoral picture of pure placidity. PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman says she’s celebrating the box redesign for the cultural change it represents.

“The new box for Barnum’s Animals crackers perfectly reflects that our society no longer tolerates the caging and chaining of wild animals for circus shows,” she said, And with that, PETA put another notch in its belt of campaigning for the welfare of animals far and wide, “Animals are not ours,” the group proclaims on its website, ballet slippers toe shoes charm 2 piece moveable pair 3d pendant 925 solid sterling silver jewelry for dancer, ballerina - no ch ” to eat, wear, experiment on, use for entertainment, or abuse in any other way.”, Here are some of the other 2018 campaigns listed under “Victories and Accomplishments” on the PETA’s website..

More Companies Turn Away From Mohair. More than 280 brands worldwide have banned mohair in just a matter of months, says the group. “Each year, the mohair industry exploits, roughly handles, and mutilates countless gentle, sensitive angora goats. After workers determine that they’re no longer producing enough hair, they’re sent to be slaughtered.” Recent mohair bans have been put into place at major retailers including Ralph Lauren, Crate & Barrel, CB2, Brooks Brothers, Quiksilver and Lands’ End.

Brazil Bans Use of Animals in Cruel Classroom Experiments, Working with the Brazilian government’s National Council for Control of Animal Experimentation and other groups, PETA activists say they were able to pressure the government, as of April 2019, to end the use of animals “in cruel observational and demonstrative teaching activities.”, High School Bans Live Animals Following Outrage Over Caged Tiger at Prom, When PETA got wind of that a tiger had been wheeled out onto the dance floor at a prom at Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, activists with the group’s “humane education division,” or TeachKid, kicked into action, Pointing out to school administrators that exposing wild animals to “endure flashing lights, fire dances, and rowdy teenagers” was not cool, PETA got the principal to admit the decision was “regrettable.” Within 24 hours of PETA telling the school that “using animals in this way is cruel, dangerous, and ballet slippers toe shoes charm 2 piece moveable pair 3d pendant 925 solid sterling silver jewelry for dancer, ballerina - no ch teaches students all the wrong lessons,” they said Christopher Columbus had implemented a ban on using live animals for future events..
